Responsibility and quality are core principles at Direktronik Group. Environmental awareness, ethical business conduct, and long-term sustainability are integral parts of our operations.
Direktronik continuously reviews operations, practices, and processes to minimise negative environmental impact and strengthen responsible business conduct. Our work is supported by structured management systems and active engagement from both employees and suppliers.
Direktronik Group is certified according to:
ISO 9001 – Quality Management (link to certificate)
ISO 14001 – Environmental Management (link to certificate)
ISO 45001 – Occupational Health and Safety Management (link to certificate)
These certifications ensure systematic quality control, environmental performance, risk management, and continuous improvement across our organisation.
Clear goals to drive continuous improvement
Sustainable Transport: We work to reduce emissions by prioritizing sea freight and selecting logistics partners that support transparent CO₂ reporting.
Quality: We continuously improve our processes to minimize errors and maintain a very low level of customer complaints.
Customer Satisfaction: We aim to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through responsive service and reliable deliveries.
Work Environment: We actively promote a safe, healthy, and supportive work environment to ensure employee wellbeing and productivity.
A key part of our approach is a structured deviation process. We encourage all employees to report deviations whenever something in a process — with customers, suppliers, or internally — can be improved. The goal is to strengthen customer satisfaction, shorten lead times, improve the work environment, and reduce our climate footprint.
If a deviation affects several departments, we create an internal project to solve it together. When a project reaches its goals, the team for that project is rewarded with a Dircoin, Direktronik’s internal currency, which employees can use for personal rewards such as a dinner or a hotel stay. This initiative encourages engagement and drives continuous improvement.
Every quarter we also organise Think Tank sessions, where the entire organisation works in groups to identify ideas and improvements. Many of these ideas become projects that help develop Direktronik further — created by the teams themselves.
This collaborative culture is a key part of Direktronik, today and in the future.

We continuously work to reduce climate impact from transport and logistics. This includes reducing air freight, increasing strategic purchasing to consolidate shipments, and expanding the use of sea freight where possible to optimise volumes and lower CO₂ emissions.
We also consider the entire product life cycle — from sourcing and use to repair and recycling — and encourage circular and repair-friendly solutions whenever possible.
At Direktronik Group, sustainability is part of how we develop products, work with suppliers, and deliver solutions to our customers. Our goal is to reduce environmental impact while maintaining the high quality and reliability our customers expect.
All products are evaluated before being introduced into our portfolio to ensure compliance with regulations regarding restricted substances, responsible minerals, and chemical content. We ensure that our products meet relevant legislation and standards such as REACH and RoHS, and we continuously work to reduce environmentally hazardous substances.
We define environmental and ethical requirements for our suppliers and expect them to commit to these principles. Through responsible sourcing and careful product selection, we strive to offer solutions with minimal environmental impact without compromising quality.
Direktronik promotes the collection and recycling of electrical and electronic equipment and reports relevant sales to El-Kretsen, part of Gröna Kretsen. Internally, we prioritise environmentally friendly office supplies and ensure that packaging and office waste are sorted and recycled.
Direktronik is part of Lagercrantz Group and fully supports the Group’s Code of Conduct. This means we conduct our business with high standards of business ethics, anti-corruption, human rights, a safe and healthy work environment, environmental responsibility, accurate financial reporting, and compliance with international trade regulations. We are committed to building long-term and responsible relationships with customers, suppliers, and the wider community, and we expect our business partners to share and adhere to these principles as part of our sustainability efforts. Direktronik supports responsible sourcing in accordance with the EU Conflict Minerals Regulation (EU 2017/821).
Suppliers must ensure that 3TG minerals (tin, tungsten, tantalum, and gold) are responsibly sourced and do not contribute to conflict or human rights abuses.
All new and existing products are reviewed to ensure compliance with mineral regulations, chemical restrictions, and environmental requirements before approval and during lifecycle management.
Through our ISO-certified management systems, strategic sourcing, climate-focused logistics decisions, and strict compliance control, Direktronik and its partners continuously improve environmental, ethical, and social performance.
By working responsibly and systematically, we create long-term value for customers, employees, partners, and society.
